MCI's China Center sets up a new scholarship
MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® is continuing its consistent internationalization efforts. MCI supports outstanding students from China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan in their Bachelor's or Master's studies at the Entrepreneurial School® in Innsbruck with the brand-new "China Center Scholarship." The appealing scholarship decreases by 10,000 euros the tuition fee for those Chinese students who are chosen on the basis of their prior academic accomplishments and professional objectives. The purpose of the scholarship is to give talented Chinese students with the greatest support possible for their studies at the MCI and to promote intercultural exchange.
Prof. Wei Manske-Wang, head of the China Center, is ecstatic about the new scholarship and the opportunity it presents: "We live in a world that is evolving together, and there are two sides to international exchange. Our China Center Scholarship gives a new push for young Chinese students to study in Tyrol, which is a goal of ours."
"Students from outside enrich our university. Through the China Center Scholarship, we seek out exceptional students in this region "Dr. Susanne Lichtmannegger, associate dean of International Relations at MCI, provides further information.
